Ingredients

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
4. Pour chicken broth and lemon juice over the chicken.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Add mixed vegetables during the last 10 minutes of cooking and serve with rice.
