Ingredients
– 600 g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
– 60 ml tahini
– 60 ml water
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 lemon, juiced
– 15 ml olive oil
– 5 g salt
– 3 g black pepper
– 5 g ground cumin
– Fresh parsley, for garnish
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix tahini, water, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and cumin. Stir until smooth.
3. Place the chicken thighs in the baking dish. Pour the tahini mixture over the chicken, making sure to coat them well.
4. Bake for around 25 to 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
