Garlic Roasted Potatoes: Crispy, Flavorful, And Easy Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Wash the potatoes and cut them in half if they are large.
  3. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss them until they are well coated.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley and drizzle lemon juice before serving.
