Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 60 ml olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken to the bowl and coat each piece well with the mixture.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish. Squeeze lemon juice over the top, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Arrange lemon slices around the chicken. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
