Garlic Kale Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch kale, stems removed and leaves chopped
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Toss in the chopped kale, then add salt and red pepper flakes if using.
Cook while stirring for 5 to 7 minutes until the kale is wilted and tender.
Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and black pepper if desired.
