Ingredients
1 frozen pie crust
4 cups frozen mixed berries
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornflour
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 220°C.
2. In a bowl, combine the frozen mixed berries, sugar, cornflour, lemon juice, and salt. Gently stir to mix everything.
3. Pour the berry mixture into the frozen pie crust. Dot the top with small pieces of butter.
4. Whisk the egg and milk in a small bowl. Brush the mixture over the edges of the pie crust.
5. Bake the pie for about 40-45 minutes until the filling is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
