Ingredients

– 2 cups of mixed salad greens
– 1 cup of cucumber, sliced
– 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 green apple, diced
– 1 avocado, diced
– 1/4 cup of walnuts, chopped
– 1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled

Method

1. Rinse the mixed salad greens under cold water and dry them well.
2. Place the salad greens in a large bowl and add sliced cucumber and halved cherry tomatoes.
3. Toss in the diced green apple and avocado.
4. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and crumbled feta cheese over the top.
