Ingredients
– 300 g elbow macaroni
– 60 ml butter
– 60 g flour
– 750 ml milk
– 240 g shredded cheese
– 240 g kimchi, chopped
– 2 tbsp chili paste
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
Method
1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk for one minute.
3. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking continuously until the mixture thickens.
4. Stir in the cheese until melted, then add the chopped kimchi, chili paste, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
5. Mix in the cooked macaroni and stir until it is fully coated with the sauce.
