Ingredients
– 500g chicken breast, sliced
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 green bell pepper, sliced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 teaspoons chili powder
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– Salt, to taste
– Tortillas, for serving
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add sliced chicken to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
3. Toss in the sliced bell peppers and onion; cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
4. Sprinkle chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt over the mix; stir well.
5. Remove from heat and serve in tortillas.
