Ingredients
– 250 g paneer
– 1 large onion
– 2 cloves garlic
– 1 teaspoon ginger
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon turmeric
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 2 cups spinach
– 1 cup diced tomatoes
– 1 tablespoon oil
Method
1. Start by cutting the paneer into cubes.
2. Dice the onion and mince the garlic and ginger.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle for a few seconds.
4. Mix in the onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the onion becomes soft.
5. Stir in the chili powder, turmeric, tomatoes, and spinach. Cook for a few minutes until the spinach wilts and everything is combined. Add the paneer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
