Ingredients
500 g beef mince
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
400 g canned tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 teaspoons dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cooked pasta
Grated cheese for topping
Method
1. Heat a large pot on medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion becomes soft.
2. Add the beef mince to the pot. Break it up and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat if needed.
3. Stir in the canned tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
5. Mix in the cooked pasta and stir well. Serve hot with grated cheese on top.
