Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients
– 2 cups mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon grated ginger
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
– Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
– Chopped green onions, for garnish

Method
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey. Stir to combine everything well.
