Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen spinach

- Pasta of your choice, about 250g
Method
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in frozen spinach, salt, pepper, and mix well; cook for a few minutes until heated through.
- Combine cream, lemon juice, and cheese into the spinach mixture, then sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
