Ingredients
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 2 cups of spinach, chopped
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of fortified yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of almonds, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Method
- In a blender, combine orange juice, spinach, and milk.
- Add yogurt, olive oil, honey, and lemon juice to the blender.
- Peel the banana and slice it before putting it in the mix.
- Blend everything until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle chopped almonds and salt on top before serving.
