Ingredients
– 1 cup rolled oats

– 1 medium banana, sliced

Method
1. In a pot, combine the rolled oats, milk, and a pinch of salt.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens. This usually takes around 5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
4. Serve the oatmeal in bowls then top with sliced banana, Greek yogurt, chopped nuts, and fresh berries.
