Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

3. Stir in the carrot and cabbage, then cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.
4. Pour in the vegetable broth, add vinegar, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
