Method
1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until everything is well blended.
2. Stir in the chocolate chips, nuts, and dried fruit. Make sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
3. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly.
4. Press down firmly with your hands or a spatula to create a compact layer.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy.
