Ingredients
2 cups uncooked rice
4 cups water

1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups diced vegetables (like carrots, peas, and bell peppers)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 eggs
2 green onions, sliced
Method
1. Rinse the uncooked rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. In a large pot, bring the water, olive oil, and salt to a boil.
3. Add the rice, cover the pot, and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 18 minutes.
4. While the rice cooks, heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the diced vegetables until they are tender. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce.
5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and scramble them in the skillet. Once the rice is ready, mix everything together, adding sliced green onions on top for flavor.
