Method

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

3. Stir in the frozen peas and cooked rice, mixing everything together well.
4. Push the rice mixture to one side of the pan. Crack the eggs into the empty space and scramble them until fully cooked.
5. Combine the eggs with the rice, then add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix everything well and top with sliced green onions.
