Ingredients
250 ml of heavy cream
500 ml of full-fat milk
100 g of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of instant coffee
3 cups of brewed coffee
1 pinch of salt
Ice cubes
Chocolate shavings for garnish
Whipped cream for topping
Method
Start by combining the heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
Whisk the mixture until everything is well combined and sugar dissolves completely.
Stir in instant coffee and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Serve over ice, topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with chocolate shavings.
