Ingredients
– 500g chicken breast
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 onion, chopped
– 400g diced tomatoes
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 2 cups cooked pasta
– Grated cheese for topping
Method
1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and onion, cooking until they are soft. Next, add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes.
4. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken mixture, stirring well to coat the pasta.
5. Serve in bowls and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
