– 300g rice
– 600ml chicken broth
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Method

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until the chicken is browned, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Stir in the broccoli and bell pepper, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
4. Pour in the rice and chicken broth. Bring everything to a boil, then reduce the heat to low.
5. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is tender. Stir in the soy sauce before serving.
