Easy Vegetable Cheese Sausage Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
400 g sausage, sliced
2 cups mixed vegetables (like bell peppers and spinach)
1 cup shredded cheese
6 eggs
250 ml milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
4 cups bread, cubed
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish lightly with oil.
2. Cook the sliced sausage in a pan over medium heat until browned. Add the mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
4. Add the sausage, vegetables, shredded cheese, and cubed bread to the egg mixture. Stir until well combined.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set and golden on top.
