Ingredients
– 500 g lean ground turkey
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 bell pepper, diced
– 2 cups canned diced tomatoes
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add ground turkey, onion, and garlic. Cook until the meat is browned and the onion is soft.
2. Stir in the bell pepper and cook for a few more minutes.
3. Pour in diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Add oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Bring everything to a boil. Then, reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve warm with bread or over pasta.
