Easy Tiramisu Recipe: Indulge In A Classic Italian Dessert

Ingredients
250 g mascarpone cheese
2 large eggs
100 g caster sugar
1 cup strong coffee, cooled
200 g ladyfinger biscuits
200 ml thickened cream
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Salt, a pinch
Chocolate shavings for garnish

Method
Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
Mix the egg yolks with caster sugar until it becomes smooth and creamy.
Add mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract, and blend until well combined.
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the egg whites into the mascarpone mixture, then dip ladyfingers in coffee one by one and layer them in a dish.

Sprinkle cocoa powder on each layer and continue with another layer of cream.

Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used.

Top it with chocolate shavings before serving.
