Easy Thai Fried Rice Recipe: A Flavorful And Quick Meal

Thai Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen is fine)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 green onion, sliced

Method
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, cooking until they are soft.
Stir in the beaten eggs and wait until they are mostly cooked through.
Mix in rice and vegetables, stirring well for a few minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
