Easy Stuffed Peppers Recipe: Delicious & Healthy Dinner Idea

Ingredients

– 4 large bell peppers
– 500 g ground beef
– 1 cup cooked rice
– 1 can diced tomatoes (400 ml)
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 cup shredded cheese
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste
– Olive oil

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 190°C.
2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
4. Stir in cooked rice, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Stuff each pepper with the beef mixture, place them in a baking dish, and top with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.
