Ingredients
– 500 g fresh asparagus
– 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 20 g grated parmesan cheese
– 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Wash the asparagus and trim the tough ends.
3. Place asparagus on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
4. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder evenly over the asparagus.
5. Roast in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, then add parmesan cheese and cook for another 2 minutes.
