Easy Sheet Pan Shrimp Fajitas Recipe For Quick Weeknight Dinners

Ingredients

– 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 bell peppers, sliced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tsp chili powder
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 lime, juiced
– Salt, to taste
– Tortillas, for serving

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, lime juice, and salt.
3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the veggies are tender.
5. Serve the fajitas in tortillas with your favourite toppings.
