Method
1. Begin by melting the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until everything is blended well.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in the chopped nuts, dried fruit, and erythritol.
4. Spread the mixture evenly onto a lined sheet pan.
5. Sprinkle cocoa powder and chocolate chips on top, then refrigerate until set, about 1-2 hours.
