– 12 large eggs

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Add the chopped vegetables and cheese into the egg mixture. Stir until well combined.
5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the egg is set.
