Easy Sheet Pan Cinnamon Raisin French Toast Recipe For Breakfast

Ingredients

– 8 slices of bread
– 4 large eggs
– 1 cup of milk
– 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
– 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
– 1/2 cup of raisins
– 1/4 cup of brown sugar
– Cooking spray or butter for greasing
– Maple syrup (for serving)
– Fresh fruit (optional for serving)

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a large baking tray with cooking spray or butter.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
3. Tear the bread into smaller pieces and place them into the prepared tray. Sprinkle raisins over the bread.
4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and raisins. Press down gently to soak the bread.
5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve warm with maple syrup and fresh fruit if desired.
