Ingredients
– 450 g beef, sliced thinly
– 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
– 3 cups cooked rice
– 60 ml soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 120 ml beef broth
– 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Add the beef slices and coat them well.
3. Spread the beef on the prepared tray. Scatter the broccoli florets around the beef.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the beef is cooked and the broccoli is tender. Stir halfway through cooking.
5. Remove from the oven. Drizzle beef broth over the dish and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving with cooked rice.
