Ingredients

– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1 cup almond butter
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 cup mixed nuts, chopped
– 1 cup dried fruit, chopped
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– ½ cup protein powder
– 1 cup dark chocolate chips
– 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
3. Add in the chopped nuts, dried fruit, salt, protein powder, and chia seeds. Stir the mixture until everything is evenly coated.
4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips gently. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
