Easy Savory No-Knead Sweet Potato Herb Dinner Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
300 ml warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup mashed sweet potato
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dried herbs (like rosemary or thyme)
1 tsp salt
1 packet instant yeast (about 7 g)
1 tbsp cornmeal (optional)
Butter (for greasing)

Method
Mix warm water, olive oil, and mashed sweet potato in a large bowl.
Stir in flour, sugar, dried herbs, salt, and yeast.
Combine all ingredients until a sticky dough forms.
Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let it sit for about 1 hour in a warm place to rise.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle cornmeal if using. Scoop the risen dough into the dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
