Ingredients
– 500 g green beans
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon black pepper
– ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Trim the ends off the green beans and place them in a large bowl.
3. Drizzle the olive oil over the beans and sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss everything to coat well.
4. Spread the seasoned beans on a baking tray in a single layer. Roast them in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until they’re tender and slightly crispy.
5. Remove the beans from the oven, add lemon juice, and mix in the chopped parsley before serving.
