Ingredients
– 4 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
– 1 egg
Method
1. First, warm the milk until it feels lukewarm. Mix the yeast and sugar into this warm milk and let it sit for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
2. Next, combine flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Then, add in the pumpkin puree, softened butter, and egg.
3. After that, pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir everything together until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, forming it into a smooth ball. Place this dough into a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for one hour.
5. Preheat the oven to 180°C. After the dough has risen, punch it down and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll and place them on a baking sheet. Allow them to rise for an additional 30 minutes before baking for around 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
