Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
450 g sausage, sliced
300 g lentils, rinsed
1.5 L vegetable broth
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Method
Heat olive oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until it softens.
Stir in the minced garlic and sliced sausage, cooking until the sausage browns.
Mix in the lentils, broth, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Seal the cooker and cook under high pressure for 15 minutes.
