Ingredients
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 400 g canned tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Turn on the pressure cooker and heat it up.
2. Add the minced beef. Cook until it’s browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
3. Mix in the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté until the vegetables soften.
4. Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper.
5. Lock the lid in place and cook for 20 minutes. Release the pressure and enjoy your sauce.
