Ingredients
– 200 g dark chocolate
– 200 g white chocolate
– 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
– 1 cup crushed nuts (optional)
– 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Method
1. Begin by lining a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
3. Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared tray and spread evenly.
4. Next, melt the white chocolate in the same way as the dark chocolate. Once melted, stir in the peppermint extract.
5. Drizzle the white chocolate over the dark layer and sprinkle crushed peppermint candies and nuts on top. Let it cool before breaking into pieces.
