Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups milk
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 banana, sliced
½ cup mixed berries
¼ cup chopped nuts
Pinch of salt

Method
1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir well until fully mixed.
2. Add the sliced banana and mixed berries. Fold them gently into the oats.
3. Divide the mixture into four jars or containers with lids.
4. Seal the jars tightly, then place them in the refrigerator overnight.
5. The next morning, top with chopped nuts before serving.
