Ingredients
- 600 g salmon fillet
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Place the salmon fillet on the tray, skin-side down.
3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
4. Pour the mixture over the salmon and arrange lemon slices on top.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
