Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breast
– 250 ml buffalo sauce
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 cup diced onion
– 1 cup diced red bell pepper
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste
– 4 rolls for serving
Method
1. Start by placing the chicken breast in a large pot.
2. Pour the buffalo sauce and chicken broth over the chicken.
3. Add the diced onion, diced red bell pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
4. Season with salt and pepper, then stir everything together.
5. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Shred the chicken, then mix it back in the sauce. Serve in rolls.
