Ingredients
– 300 g pasta
– 500 ml vegetable broth
– 200 g mushrooms, sliced
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon olive oil
– 75 ml cream
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
2. Stir in the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes until the mushrooms soften.
3. Add the pasta, vegetable broth, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Pour in the cream and mix well. Allow the pasta to cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Serve warm and enjoy the creamy mushroom pasta.
