Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 4 bread rolls
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until it is soft.
2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Add the paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
3. Add the chicken breasts to the pot. Pour in the buffalo sauce and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
5. Once ready, shred the chicken with two forks. Serve it in bread rolls with extra buffalo sauce if desired.
