Ingredients

Method
1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt together.
2. Pour in the warm water and olive oil. Stir until you form a dough.
3. Add the chopped olives, fresh herbs, and black pepper. Knead for about 5-10 minutes.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
5. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Shape the dough into a loaf and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
