Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon instant yeast
1 ½ cups warm water
Method
1. Combine flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. Mix them well to ensure everything is evenly distributed.
2. Pour warm water into the dry ingredients. Stir using a wooden spoon until the mixture is fully combined and forms a sticky dough.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a damp cloth. Let the dough rise at room temperature for about 12 to 18 hours.
4. Once the dough has risen and bubbles appear on the surface, sprinkle some flour on a clean countertop. Turn the dough out onto the floured surface.
5. Shape the dough into a round loaf. Place it on a piece of parchment paper. Let it rest for about 30 minutes while you preheat the oven to 220°C. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
