Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh curry leaves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
Method
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, cooking until the mustard seeds start to pop.
- Stir in grated ginger, black pepper, and salt. Cook for about a minute.
- Mix in the cooked rice and stir until it’s well coated with the spices.
- Finish by adding lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Serve warm.
