Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
500 g ground beef
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
400 g canned diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
2 cups pasta
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
2. Stir in ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
3. Add oregano, salt, and pepper, mixing well. Pour in the canned tomatoes and beef broth.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil. Add pasta and stir.
5. Reduce the heat and simmer until pasta is tender, about 12 minutes.
