Ingredients
– 500 g ground turkey
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 large egg
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 2 cups marinara sauce
– 4 sub rolls
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 190°C.
2. In a large bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
4. Place meatballs on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Heat marinara sauce in a pot and add cooked meatballs. Serve in sub rolls.
